I would have given a 5 but I had my name on the board and just sat down. I was #1 in line, when someone walked in the door the same time an agent became free. Instead of looking who was on the board she called the ppl who just walked in instead of looking for who was next. Why waste my time putting my name there when you don’t look and call whoever walks in the door.

I highly recommend Chaparral if you are thinking of doing your road test. Everyone in there looked like they enjoy doing their job, specially the kind lady that checked me in! Short wait times + there’s a separate waiting area that they will bring you in which is a bit quieter and helps you calm down and prep before the road test. Jeff was my examiner and he was very professional, calm, and nice! 10/10 would recommend going with Chaparral!! :)

Love that you can use the kiosk to put in your number to hold your space in line. It shows up on a monitor so you know where you are in line with approximate waiting time. It’s always a wonderful experience when I’m there. Thank you!!
