Chaparral Registry is awesome! Loads of parking, quite big compared to the other one. The staff are super helpful their service was good. Go on weekdays to beat the rush. Weekdays get busy, might have to wait longer. Overall, really good spot for your registry needs.

Extraordinary service!! I'm from BC and needed help with registering and insuring my late father's vehicle. I chose Chaparral because of all the great reviews they had. I'm so glad I did! There were many different options, and the situation was complex (due to different regulations in BC and Alberta), but Chance and Ricki were incredibly helpful. Chance went out of his way, constantly thinking outside the box to try to help save me money. Considering how much of their time I took (both on a long phone call a couple of days before arriving in Lethbridge, plus the time I spent at their office), it's clear that they really put customer service first. I highly recommend them.

It was a great experience and it was the only place in Lethbridge where I was able to do my Class 6 road test even in November
