Other than the system being down for half the day. Service was good and quick.

Went there this morning, shout out for actually being open on a Saturday!! It was pretty busy inside (about 8 people waiting) but with 3 employees working the wait time went by fast. Staff are friendly, inside was clean and when you walk-in you register so nobody can line jump and people are served in order of arrival.

I have visited couple of times. The service was speed and staff were polite and respectful. I have visited again for a new auto insurance recently and my overall experience was beyond my expectation. I was struggling with higher insurance premium and restriction in few coverages from the insurance providers due to the prevailing situation of Alberta Insurance Industry.
