I went in to Chaparral about 1 hour before they closed to register a new vehicle. Despite there being a lineup, the woman there assured me the wait would be short and they'd be able to see me before they closed. Less than 20 minutes later, the clerk Gabriella had me registered with everything I needed to be on my way. She was kind, understanding and patient, even after handling several complex inquiries by other patrons. Honestly, some of the best service I've recieved at a registry in awhile. Many thanks for your diligence and I will be back again!
